| Enermodal Engineering has a proven track
record of developing high quality software for the building
industry. Our engineers and computer programmers
develop a wide range of software products to meet customer
budget, schedule, and distribution needs. The software can
be customer-owned, licensed from our library of existing
applications, or can be a joint venture with Enermodal.
Our software development includes the following:
- PC-based tools for predicting energy performance
of building technologies
- customized spreadsheets and databases as screening
tools for new technologies
- internet applications to select and design building
products
- CDs containing complete product catalogues and
selection tools

Screening Tool, developed for the U.S. Environmental

FRAMEplus, a PC tool for the determination and
rating of the thermal performance of windows, doors,
and walls
- ENERPASS for Greenhouses, a computer program
that predicts the temperatures and energy use of
greenhouses, developed in cooperation with Agriculture
Canada
- VENMAR Select, a complete electronic product
catalogue containing ERV product drawings and specs,
annual energy analysis calculation, ordering forms
and pricing.
