| Enermodal Engineering is a
consulting firm committed to improving the energy and
resource efficiency of buildings and building products.
We are recognized authorities in sustainable design, the
evaluation of environmentally-appropriate technologies,
building inspection and energy audits, and the
evaluation of windows, doors, and walls. We specialize
in energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable
buildings. Enermodal has a professional staff of 100 in
our Denver, Phoenix, Kitchener and Toronto, Ontario, and
Calgary, Alberta offices. We provide innovative
solutions to reduce the energy and water consumption and
the environmental impact of building designs.
Enermodal helps clients navigate a wide range of
issues from building orientation to equipment control to
achieve their energy goals. We are experts in building
energy simulations using DOE-2 and helped develop the
most recent version of this program. Such simulations
are a valuable tool in evaluating the energy impact of
design options and assist in creating a truly integrated
design. Enermodal’s services also include sustainable
design practices, LEED, daylight modeling, and
mechanical design review and consultation.
Enermodal’s recent sustainable projects include
Richland College Science Building (Dallas), the Durango
Public Library, High Line 23 Condominium (New York
City), City of Fort Collins Police Facility, and the
Contemporary Art Museum (Denver).
In addition to our building energy analysis,
Enermodal provides commissioning services, helping
clients meet LEED, ASHRAE, and industry best practices.
Past Enermodal commissioning projects include the
Springs Resort (Pagosa Springs, Colorado), the Galleria
at South Bay (Redondo Beach, California), and Riverclay
Condominiums (Denver). |
