Enermodal Denver Office Targets LEED Platinum
How do you transform a 1948 building in a historic
neighborhood into a new office space? Enermodal
Engineering took up this challenge! We renovated a 3,700
square foot, former dental office into the comfortable,
efficient space for the growing Denver Enermodal
Engineering headquarters.
The project is a team effort. Enermodal staff
performed the energy modeling, LEED documentation and
commissioning on the office. By being the occupants and
clients on a LEED project, we learned firsthand what the
challenges and benefits are of such an endeavor.
This project was featured as a LEED 2009 case study at the USGBC Sustainability '09 Conference (May 6 & 7, 2009).
